Cancellation Policy

At Jannali Dental Care, we recognise that unforeseen circumstances may arise, impacting your ability to keep your dental appointment. Nevertheless, in our commitment to deliver consistent and timely dental services to all our clients, we respectfully request your adherence to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We require patients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This consideration enables us to allocate the time slot to another patient in need of our care. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to patients who cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before their appointment.

We understand that emergencies happen, which may necessitate last-minute cancellations or changes. In such instances, we may waive the cancellation fee on a discretionary basis for verifiable emergencies.

No-Show Policy:

Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Frequent no-shows may lead to the necessity of prepayment for future services.
